Message for July/August - 'A Letter from Ros'

Dear Friends,

I have just thanked the boiler man for the annual boiler service and the plumber for cleaning the drains. The gutters are cleared again, the roof is leak proof again and I’m catching up with the decorating and weeding! This all feels like a spring catch up, a sort of domestic MoT, and I’ve got to wondering … why not a spiritual MoT? So try these for starters – you may think of other questions too!

How is your relationship with God just now? What have you read in the Bible this week? What specific things for yourself are you praying for? What particular temptations are before you now? Where is God challenging you right now? How are your relationships with your family/friends? If your family were asked about your state of mind/state of spirit/state of energy level, what would they say? Are there any unresolved conflicts in your relationships? What 3 things do you feel most thankful for? What are the things you would like to know more about God?

I hope you enjoy a restful summer and feel invigorated by your MoT!

With love in Christ

Ros

PS The Tea Time Special on 16th June was thoroughly enjoyed – I hope you can join us for the next TTS on July 21st.
